1. General Questions

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please email us via the contact form. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our carrier's website. 

 

All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave.


Make sure you provide a safe and accurate delivery address, as parcels may be left if no one is home.

 

If an address is entered incorrectly at checkout and the parcel is returned to our warehouse, a redelivery fee of $8 will apply. We’re unable to offer refunds for orders placed with an incorrect address.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly, so if you need to modify or cancel your order, please submit a request through the contact us form as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order is dispatched.

2. Product Questions

Where do i apply and how many sprays?

Start by applying 2–4 sprays to your feet only for the first few weeks. 

 

This gentle introduction allows your body to adjust naturally. 

 

Once you’re comfortable, you can increase to 4–6 sprays on your stomach, perfect for deep, restorative sleep and supporting overall magnesium levels. 

 

As your body adapts, feel free to apply to other areas that feel tight or sore, like your legs, arms, or shoulders.

 

A mild tingle or itch is completely normal, it’s your body’s way of saying it’s responding to a magnesium boost. 

 

If this happens, simply return to spraying your feet for another week before gradually trying other areas again. 

 

This sensation is temporary and a sign that your body truly benefits from the spray. For an extra soothing touch, you can also layer a little coconut oil or similar over the spray, it feels lovely and helps seal in the goodness.

When can I start seeing results?

Everyone’s body is different, so the time it takes to feel the benefits can vary. Some people notice a difference overnight, while for others it may take a few weeks. 

 

Remember, just as magnesium deficiency doesn’t happen overnight, restoring it takes a little time too.

Why does magnesium oil sting, tingle, itch when applied to the skin?

If you’d like, you can dilute the spray with a little water (60:40) or layer some coconut oil on top to make the sensation gentler, without losing any of the benefits.

Although it’s called “magnesium oil,” there’s actually no oil in this mineral-rich solution. It’s water-based, so it feels light, absorbs quickly, and won’t leave any greasy marks. The name simply comes from its smooth, “oil-like” texture.
